On Sunday 51 new COVID-19 cases were recorded in Lithuania. Overall, 3386 coronavirus cases have been detected in the country since the outbreak of the pandemic.
1215 cases are still active. It is the highest number of active cases since the beginning of the pandemic. 87 people have already died from COVID-19. 13 other infected people died from other reasons. 2071 cases are closed. At the moment 8089 people are self-isolating in Lithuania. Since 1st of June, 229 imported coronavirus cases have been recorded in Lithuania. 695521 tests have been already made in the country to detect infection, 1382 – on Monday.
